This page explains how DepScat.com complies with the U.S. 18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Requirements. DepScat does not host, upload or produce any visual content. All materials shown on this site come from licensed external providers.
DepScat’s Role
DepScat is a metadata and preview catalog. We do not produce any content and we do not host video files on our servers. All videos are streamed or downloaded from external hosts such as VipFile.cc.
Because DepScat does not produce content, the 2257 obligations apply to the original studios, creators, paysites or distributors who appear in our metadata.
Record-Keeping Responsibility
All required age-verification documents, performer IDs and 2257 records are maintained by the original content producers and licensed paysites, including but not limited to:
- OnlyFans creators,
- Femscat creators
- Scatbook creators
- YezzClips studios,
- ScatShop producers,
- Perverformer and similar fetish platforms.
Any model appearing in content accessible via DepScat has been verified by the original distributor.
Location of Records
DepScat does not store or maintain 2257 records. Please contact the original content producer directly for record access.
