Costumed Medical Fetish: Scat and Smearing in a Clinical Setting

The performer is already in the frame, dressed in a pristine medical uniform, exuding a mix of authority and seduction. She begins by thorough arranging the set, transforming the room into a clinical space. With a playful grin, she sits on the toilet, thighs parted, and starts to defecate. The stool lands in the bowl, and she watches it with satisfaction, her hands gently touching the edges of her uniform.

After finishing, she stands up and picks up a small spatula, using it to smear the fresh feces across the cold, sterile tiles. Her motions are steady, rubbing it in deep. She then turns to the camera, her eyes sparkling with mischief, and says, 'If you want more of this, you can get into scat porn for similar grimy thrills.' The final shot shows her shitting back on the toilet, her face a picture of contentment as she enjoys the mess she has created.
