Tatthy's Extreme Enema Romp in Brazil - Deep Cleansing Defecation

Tatthy crouches in the doctor's office, where Lizandra, the went through physician, awaits. The clinic is spotless, and the air carries a sterile smell. Lizandra explains the procedure: a deep cleansing enema to flush out all the accumulated scat. Tatthy lies down on the examination table, her body tense with anticipation. Lizandra inserts the enema, filling Tatthy's intestines with warm water. The sensation builds as the liquid moves through her, causing her to squirm and groan.

As the enema takes effect, Tatthy's body responds with a powerful urge to defecate. She pushes, and a stream of brown liquid and feces spills out, coating the examination table. Lizandra guides her, helping her smear the mess across her skin. Tatthy giggles as she farts, releasing more gas and defecation sex. The romp continues with Tatthy peeing and defecating repeatedly, leaving the room proof of her extreme scat romp.
